Hospitality Hero Recognition Program
The Hospitality Hero Recognition Program is the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission’s front line employee recognition program developed to stimulate and reward exceptional service provided by hospitality industry employees. Those frontliners who best exemplify our community’s ongoing commitment to great service are designated as Hospitality Heroes. Nominations are solicited from management of hospitality industry companies and judged by a panel of customer service experts. Nominees are recognized annually during the CVC’s Annual Meeting. Of these nominations, the frontline employees who, in addition to giving high quality guest service, go a step farther to WOW a guest by rising to an unexpected occasion by pulling out all the stops and coming to a positive and memorable resolution are named Super Heroes.

The Hospitality Hero will be the guest of the CVC and will be recognized on stage with an award and special VIP seating.
