The CVC launched an exciting new multi-media campaign to impact visitation during the spring and summer time period. Anchoring the effort are two new TV commercials airing during primetime in key feeder markets such as Chicago, Memphis and Indianapolis positioning St. Louis as a cosmopolitan city with many cultural offerings.
Building on our strong baseball tradition, two new radio spots running in the Cardinals Radio Network – our goal is to encourage fans to visit the region’s many exciting attractions after the game.
Magazine advertising appears in travel and lifestyle periodicals designed to assist readers in planning their vacation. Examples include AAA Home & Away, AAA Living, AAA Journeys and Midwest Living. Considering the high price of gas and rich offering of world class attractions available right here in St. Louis, the ads dramatically illustrate the advantage of vacationing in St. Louis.


The CVC has taken to the streets of Memphis and Chicago with a marketing team creating buzz and distributing promotional materials during Redbird and Cubs games. To capture names and addresses of likely prospects, a lucky fan will win the "Ultimate baseball weekend in St. Louis."
